New people! As you know, we are passionate about seeing impact. We believe that together we are creating a shared language and platform for wisdom and progressive strategies to be shared among all PS members. To help achieve this, we are growing our Poverty Stoplight team and we have taken on two dynamic ladies, Deirdre Botha and Kate Bain, to strengthen our mission.
Deirdre Botha is running with admin, on-boarding new organizations, taking care of ops activities, as well as keeping existing members up to date on PS information.
Kate Bain is our new Connexion Captain. Kate’s role is to keep in touch with you all, to learn from you, and to share strategies that we find are bringing the biggest impact around our beautiful country – what’s working and what’s not.
We would like to welcome the following organizations who have joined the Poverty Stoplight movement in 2019:
- Oasis Association
- LifeLink 24/7 Cares
- Junior Achievement SA
- PET Recycling Company NPC (PETCO)
- Kouga Wind Farm RF Pty Ltd

We are also pleased to announce that we are working on generating a map of South Africa that will display where our members are making impact across the country, as well as a macro view of our aggregated data.
Your impact learning partner,
The Stoplight team
